Biography

Consumption formed in late 2002....and a whole bunch of things happened after that. You can read about most of the important ones in the bio on our website.

Flash forward to 2005. With the help of a handful of really awesome people (who are ALL linked to our website) we put out an EP called OUT OF THE ASHES. It was spun at almost 200 college radio staions shortly after its release, licensed to MTV, and was featured and reviewed in magazines throughout the US and into Canada.

We headed to Nashville in November of 2006 to record THESE THINGS -- a full-length album at Dark Horse Recording, with the help (once again) of "The Indie Rock Producer Guy" Chris Mara. Stay tuned for a local release in June '07, and an official nationwide release in the fall.
