May 22, 2009. – The Mississippi band BEFORE NINE signs a management deal with Show Media Group and the world famous Joe Gingerella as the band gears up to showcase for multiple major record Labels. Joe Gingerella was named as one of the top 100 most influential people in the music industry , having worked with such bands as Sevendust, Korn, Slayer, Alien Ant Farm, Travis Barker Manntis, Jet Black Stare, Divide The Day, Atomic Outlaws , just to name a few. The Show Media plans to begin showcasing Before Nine to major record labels & to have the band begin touring just in time for summer. Joe Gingerella says The Band ‘Before Nine’ is one of the most powerful new groups I have ever heard, with amazing lead vocals and three part harmonies that cut like a razor blade the bands songs are ready to take active rock radio stations by storm.

SMG & Joe Gingerella have been promoting, producing and managing bands since 1979 all over the country with a track record of success stories spanning decades. In 1996 Joe Gingerella moved from Southern California to Seattle Washington and started the award winning music television show called SQUEEZE TV that was seen in over 5 million homes weekly & featured national bands and extreme sports. In 2009 Joe Gingerella made history as the first manager to have twelve of his artists to perform during SXSW in Austin, Texas and getting four of them major record deals.

We offer great shopping for unique hand crafted items and delicious Gulf coast food. Learn about the Gulf Coast in our “hands on” Heritage & Education area. Kids will have a blast in the FREE Kids area. Enter our famous Mullet toss Contest – you’ve definitely gotta see how far you can throw a mullet! There is a Car & Motorcycle Show on Saturday. Bring your folding chairs and your dancing shoes – there are 2 entertainment stages to keep your toes tapping.
There is fun for ALL ages at the Gautier Mullet & Music Fest!!! There were over 30,000 attendees last year, won’t you come and join the fun in 2008?

The Gautier Mullet & Music Fest has become a Gulf Coast Region festival. We promote our music festival regionally and draw attendees from along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, from Memphis, and from along the I-10 corridor through Northwest Florida, Alabama and Louisiana. Each year our festival has grown tremendously. Over 30,000 folks enjoyed the music while attending last year’s traditional one day festival. This year we have expanded the festival to two days.

The focal point of our 2008 Gautier Mullet & Music Fest is our Major Entertainment Stage featuring many popular live bands ( Before Nine and Castor Troy ) for attendees to enjoy. We also have out community Entertainment Stage which features local bands playing to gain exposure on the coast, as well as, coast school and community entertainment groups. The Heritage & Educational Area will highlight a variety of Historical, Wildlife, ecological and Fisheries Exhibits, as well as Community Goodwill and Health & Safety Exhibits. The Heritage & educational Area will also showcase local craftsmen given live demonstrations of their craft. The Gautier Mullet & Music Fest will host a Car & Motorcycle Show, out famous Mullet Toss contest – yes we throw a fish!, an Arts and Crafts Show, dog exhibitions and a variety of other entertaining activities. This year we will continue our festival’s new tradition of hosting a FREE Kid’s Area sponsored by Northrop Grumman.
This year’s Northrop Grumman FREE Kid’s Area will feature a giant “Pirates of the Caribbean” blow-up multi-activity ride, a giant double slide, a Velcro wall, a blow-up boxing ring, several blow-up jump centers, FREE Train rides around the festival grounds and more!
